Terms and Conditions of Sale General

1. The Company means Ginger Pickles Limited. Ginger Pickles Limited is the sole owner of the trading companies Ginger Pickles.The Purchaser means the person whose order is accepted by the Company. The Recipient means the person who receives the goods from by the Company as directed by the Purchaser.

Price

2. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, or in some cases VAT exempt. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim the sales tax, the Company can supply a VAT receipt upon request at time of order. Our VAT number is 815 9927 89.

Ordering

3. As soon as the order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by the Company.

4. A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Company despatches an email message to the Purchaser, confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.

Delivery

5. The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

6. Ordering online at Ginger Pickles is safe. Transactions are completed within a secure environment, using Protx. Only authorised Ginger Pickles staff will be completing any credit card transactions. A copy of your credit card transaction can be included within your order's paperwork, so please ask at time of purchase. Sales Periods.

Whilst we do our outmost to fulfil every order, sometimes our stock runs out very quickly when we announce our sales.  We will always try to contact our customers if we cannot fulfil the whole order, and offer alternatives, or to check if they are happy to recieve what we have available.
